He passed my information on to the Financial Services Manager, Kalei Murri, and she was more than willing to communicate with me and schedule me in the same week to complete the buyout. From my initial contact with St. Catharines Nissan, to the date of the buyout, was only four days. From the service department, finance department, and the management team, it was a pleasant experience and welcoming environment within the dealership. Their response, willingness to accommodate my request, and competitive price, certainly made the experience a pleasant one and the drive to St. Catharines definitely worth it. I'm loyal to Nissan dealerships for my scheduled maintenance, but I've had some bad experiences in the past.
