I attended the dealership to have a rear bumper protector installed on my Nissan Versa hatchback. I was was treated with courtesy and the job was done efficiently. I was very impressed that they gave my car a quick wash, that was a very nice surprise :) One small criticism is that the bumper protector is crooked and it is obvious when looking at the car :( I will say that I absolutely LOVE my Versa and will return to Collins Nissan when I need a new car! It is great on gas, very versatile and I receive compliments from everyone who rides in it. I have friends with a Honda Fit who like my Versa better and plan to visit Collins Nissan when they are ready to get their next car. More
I bought a used Rouge in January from this dealership and the sales person was nice top my face but when the sale was made it was a different story. At first I was advised that the vehicle was driven by an the sales person was nice top my face but when the sale was made it was a different story. At first I was advised that the vehicle was driven by an employee and was used as a business vehicle, when I went to sign papers I was told it was a rental previously. That’s when I said hold on I don’t want this when I already put a $2,500.00 deposit down. After a couple of days I was contacted by the sales person who advised that no the vehicle was not rental it was traded in. I had to believe him, but this should have been my clue that they were selling me something they didn’t know where it came from. I trusted them and paid over $20,000.00 for a piece of crap. I have told everyone I know about this and we will never ever purchase another Nissan. When it started getting nice outside in March a horrible smell started coming out of the vehicle like animal urine specifically a cat ( I don’t have pets) They advised would clean it I was happy. They took the car for a day didn’t give a loner vehicle like everyone else. In any case the smell came back and it was worse, after that everyone at the dealership was ignoring my plea for help even the GM. When he spoke with me treated me with no respect and spoke with me with a tone. I have paid hundreds of $$ to clean this and I am betting that they knew this existed when they got the vehicle but that’s OK if they were nice to me and provided with customer service I would have probably bought a new vehicle from them like I just did from Toyota. Never go these guys ever as they will use and lie to you about one the most important purchases of your life. More

I was very satisfied with the salesperson Paul. He showed me the Versa and the Sentra. Nissan had a promo on the Sentra with very low interest rate for leasing. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They seem interested in finding a way to help us to find the car we wanted at a payment we could afford. Also Melinda Ridgers the Business Manager was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly when dealing with the paperwork. All in all are experience with Collins Nissan was wonderful. More
Car was in for regular servicing plus a "silver" detailing service. The workmanship of the staff doing the detailing was EXCELLENT ! As the vehicle is (a) leased, (b) 15 months old, (c) "silver" detailing service. The workmanship of the staff doing the detailing was EXCELLENT ! As the vehicle is (a) leased, (b) 15 months old, (c) only has 4874 km on it, and (d) was in for its second servicing, the vehicle is obviously much loved. I expected a little more than...here is your bill and your car is in slot 205. It would probably have taken someone from Service about 3 minutes to lead me to the car and ask whether I was satisfied with the work. Instead, I got a postcard on my dashboard directing me to this website and requesting that I rate their performance. The "workers" here are superb. The Managers need to get on the ball. More
We had a wonderful experience from the second we walked in the door. The people here are great. They are not pushy in the least. This isn't the dealership who will try and move you towards a more expensive in the door. The people here are great. They are not pushy in the least. This isn't the dealership who will try and move you towards a more expensive car or try and pressure you into getting all the bells and whistles they are not like that in the least. They worked with us to find a monthly payment that was good for us. And they even honored the deal they had going on even though we couldn't pick up the car which was in the next month. We got an excellent deal in the back when it came to our addons as well. And when we picked up the car they made sure we understood everything before we went on our way. I would highly recommend this dealership. Paul, Racheal, Miranda, Adam and Fred were all great, and very kind. You won't be disappointed or swayed in the wrong direction here. More
I have had on-going issues with my Nissan Cube since shortly after signing my lease agreement back in April of 2010. I have dealt with 2 other well known Nissan dealerships in the GTA for servicing and shortly after signing my lease agreement back in April of 2010. I have dealt with 2 other well known Nissan dealerships in the GTA for servicing and still the issues kept re-occuring. After moving to St.Catharines and with the issues continuing I took the vehicle to Collins Nissan pleading yet again for help and assistance with both warranty and non-warranty repairs. Not only were the staff completely sympathetic to my situation, but they made it top priority to ensure my vehicle was assessed, proper parts and fixes executed, and granted me the use of a Nissan vehicle from their lot in order to continue to live my life, and most importantly, commute to the city for work every day. Though the issues were heavily technical in nature, and very lengthy as far as time in the shop goes, they were keen to keep me in the loop with what was happening, time frames for parts ordered, and looking at options to help assist me into a more reliable/hassle free vehicle. Always pleasant, patient, and accommodating, I would not hesitate to recommend Collins Nissan to any of my friends or family that either are in the market for a new vehicle, or need to have their current vehicle serviced. Overall, even though I am back driving the Cube for the next short period of time, it was a great success story that I am compelled to talk about.
