I have had on-going issues with my Nissan Cube since shortly after signing my lease agreement back in April of 2010. I have dealt with 2 other well known Nissan dealerships in the GTA for servicing and shortly after signing my lease agreement back in April of 2010. I have dealt with 2 other well known Nissan dealerships in the GTA for servicing and still the issues kept re-occuring. After moving to St.Catharines and with the issues continuing I took the vehicle to Collins Nissan pleading yet again for help and assistance with both warranty and non-warranty repairs. Not only were the staff completely sympathetic to my situation, but they made it top priority to ensure my vehicle was assessed, proper parts and fixes executed, and granted me the use of a Nissan vehicle from their lot in order to continue to live my life, and most importantly, commute to the city for work every day. Though the issues were heavily technical in nature, and very lengthy as far as time in the shop goes, they were keen to keep me in the loop with what was happening, time frames for parts ordered, and looking at options to help assist me into a more reliable/hassle free vehicle. Always pleasant, patient, and accommodating, I would not hesitate to recommend Collins Nissan to any of my friends or family that either are in the market for a new vehicle, or need to have their current vehicle serviced. Overall, even though I am back driving the Cube for the next short period of time, it was a great success story that I am compelled to talk about. I have had the pleasure of purchasing four (4) cars off of Collins Nissan, more specifically Fred Fuoco. The latest purchase was a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder - from the minute you walk in the door to the minut of Collins Nissan, more specifically Fred Fuoco. The latest purchase was a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder - from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave you are instantly part of the Collins Nissan Family. Geoff and Fred are both straight and work with you to get you into a vehicle that is best suited for your budget and for you. The service department is the most standup department going and is without a doubt the best service department in the country. From Harry, to Steve to Judy to Jim - they instantly take care of any issues and are the most honest people you will find. My wife drives a Hyundai and gets her car only serviced @ Collins Nissan because of the four of them and Fred. The dealership is a GEM. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a car/truck/suv etc. More
Had to wait a little longer than advertised to have service doors opened. Service people are very friendly and work done is excellent and my car came out clean after being washed which was nice. Adam Flynn is a new salesperson at the dealership. He is a young person who has a very personable, welcoming personality. He is not high pressure and listens to your needs. Everyone at the dealership is pleasant and helpful. The car was ready when promised, sparkling clean and ready to drive away. Adam took time to demonstrate the bluetooth phone system and hooked my phone up. He demonstrated the sonar back up system and explained other features of the car. Melinda, the office coordinator, was very helpful and explained the various features of financing and sales forms etc. with no high pressure techniques which I appreciated. We even received hugs when we were finished. I have dealt with this dealership for six years and have been extremely satisfied with the service. More

Steve and Melinda were excellent to work with and couldn't do enough for you. Everyone else in the office was very friendly and helpful also. They went through every detail of the process. The initial sales options, receiving my Murano and explaining all of the features personally and finally the follow up to make sure that everything was ok after we got it home. They are always available to ask questions and will always either have or find the answers to your questions. The staff is excellent and I will certainly go back for my next car and also refer anyone I know who is interested in buying a Nissan to go to see the staff at Collins Nissan. Great job guys! The person at the parts counter, I regret i cannot remember his name, is alos very attentive and what surprises me is that he is always seekign out options and what would be the best price for me. I am surprised (pleasantly) by this as that has not been a typical experiecne at a dealership. This is the type of thing that keeps me coming back. Lastly, I have only met one of the mechanics and i think his name is spelt Haroon. I have always had my mechanical things addressed properly and not once have I had to return to get the job done right as it is always done right the firts time. This keeps me coming back. I also apprecaite very much that I can book an appointment and they will accomdoate me to get me in and out asap. Transportation to the dealrship is a challenge for me and getting to work is antoehr story buyt these guys alwaays are abel to get me in and out on time. If they know the job will take a little longert. I do apprecaite their shuttle service. Good job guys! More
