Went to Collins for an Oil change And ended up buying a 2014 Nissan 370Z Roadster........as I wandered through the showroom, Judy from service walked by and asked if I was thinking of And ended up buying a 2014 Nissan 370Z Roadster........as I wandered through the showroom, Judy from service walked by and asked if I was thinking of trading in my 2008 Nissan 350Z...I said I was considering it, but not very seriously at this point in time. Shortly after that my new best friend Fred Fucco appeared at my side asking about my car and saying how nice the 2014 model was...a new friendship was born, Fred was very easy to talk to and even easier to deal with. We arranged for me to come back a few days later to talk more about doing a deal. I arrived at the dealership on the arranged day and time and was met by Fred at the Door of the dealership. He made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted a coffee or drink or anything else, we bantered back and forth for an hour or so...he made many trips down the hall to his boss trying to get a deal done. During all of this I never felt pressured or pushed to make a deal...he seemed genuinely interested in getting me into that car at the best deal for me as well as looking after the dealership. We finally came to a number I was happy with... more than I had planned to spend, but in the end I was very happy with the end result. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be completed I think every salesperson in the place that day came by and congratulated me on my purchase...never has that ever occurred to me before. Amazing. I can't say enough about Fred and his professionalism and friendliness....not only did I get a great car and a great deal...but also a new friend Mike C. More
