Bought a used vehicle from Collins, a month later it was one problem after another. After speaking to Steve, was informed to come back to Nissan and they would swap me for another vehicle. Of course once I one problem after another. After speaking to Steve, was informed to come back to Nissan and they would swap me for another vehicle. Of course once I got there, I was told, they couldn't do it. Surprise... I drove the vehicle for 10 months and spent 3000 on repairs. Even spoke to someone in the head office who told me this situation is wrong and told me she would get back to me.....she never even called me back. This company is awful they are only out to make money. Guess you guys are happy ripping off a single mother. Thank you....for nothing A big lesson learned More

From the moment we walked in we were treated by far the best. Rob from sales was exceptional to deal with. We ended up purchasing our murano that same day pretty much on the spot. The people we dealt with Rob, Fred and Derek were exceptional .....Our murano was due for our first oil change. Wow what a Seamless experience and fantastic communication with Lisa, most importantly our vehicle will always now be serviced there based on our overall experience:) More
