I met with Fred who showed me everything about my car and how it works as well as making sure my 17 yr old daughter knew as well. He even showed her the service dept in the event she would have to bring the car in for an oil change or other. Pathfinder Purchase We went to Collins Nissan to trade in two vehicles and purchase a new Pathfinder. We initially worked with Bill who eventually brought Fred and Steve to work on the deal. We reached an agreement and selected a specific Pathfinder to purchase. They were able to track down the exact vehicle we wanted in our first colour choice and have it at the dealership for pick up within 5 days. We worked with Rob on all the financial arrangements and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. Although it's hard to know for sure, we feel we got a reasonable deal price-wise and are very pleased with the vehicle so far. The customer service was terrific and everyone made us feel very welcome and like very important customers. This is my third Nissan from Collins Nissan. My husband was a die hard domestic vehicle guy and it took a lot of convincing to get him to look at a Nissan. He was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the whole experience. More
