Made it perfectly clear we were not buying today but deciding within the next few days and needed to check out insurance on the new vehicle. My wife and I are in our late 20's and insurance can be a huge difference depending on vehicle. The salesman "Bill Hamilton" was friendly and understanding and had setup an appointment with us for Monday afternoon so we could talk with our insurance. Sales manager came in and asked us what was stopping us. Told us to call our insurance right there when we knew they were closed on Saturday and "educated" us that people should know everything when they go looking for a car and be ready to buy on the spot. He left with Bill for a bit and Bill came back and we advised that we were going to leave and think about it and talk with insurance but would be back on Monday with a decision. The sales manager came back in and got ruder and basically told us to be more prepared. We decided to stop being verbally abused and left. Bought a better car for less from another company later on. All because of one arrogant and rude sales manager. Will never be back! Oh, the sales manager or so he introduced himself was "Steve Piro". More

A Father/Son Vacation Saver! I was vacationing with my Son. We crossed the border at Buffalo, NY at 2:30pm, when I noticed a humming coming from the front end. I stopped into the Nissan dealership at Niagara Falls, ON and after confirming that the bearing needed replacing, they refused to fix it and referred me to the nearest Canadian Tire. They too refused to replace the bearing, which left us with no alternative but to limp the vehicle to Toronto and abandon the rest of our vacation plans. As a last resort, I googled the next nearest Nissan Dealership and, as luck would have it, came across Collins. Despite it being 4:00pm on a Friday, the Receptionist assured me that they would not leave me stranded and took full charge of the situation by confirming that the part(s) were available and finding a mechanic to do the job. From the moment we pulled up to the service entrance, to some final words of wisdom from the Mechanic, the experience could not have been better. Due to my 30 year Military Career, I have resided in several Canada cities and never before have I been so impressed with a dealership - Thanks Collins! More

He was able to come up with numbers that would fit within my budget for my monthly car payment. He showed me around the show room, introduced me to the staff of all departments and then I met with Rob for the financing part. Rob is incredibly professional, respectful and has the best customer service I have ever seen in anyone. His smile, charisma and knowledge are phenomenal and he made me feel comfortable explaining details on insurances, He made the magic happen and was able to respect my budget. I met with Fred who showed me everything about my car and how it works as well as making sure my 17 yr old daughter knew as well. He even showed her the service dept in the event she would have to bring the car in for an oil change or other. Before driving away, Rob came over and wished my daughter and I the best of luck and congratulated me.
