Brenda found me the vehicle of my dreams and managed to get me financed when it seemed impossible. Even right to the day of delivery she never stopped working for me and my needs. Miracle Worker Two weeks ago my world started falling apart leaving me without a car which meant I couldn't get to work. After spending a week of dealing with car dealers, being denied left right and center and with no hope I came across Collins Nissan and send out one last email. I got a phone call From Brenda Lavigne without a couple of hours asking to meet me. The next morning I woke up to bunch more "sorry can't help you" email from a bunch of other dealers. That was it; i gave up at that point. I didn't think I was ever going to get a car and didn't bother even trying to show up to my meeting with Brenda. Brenda Lavigne is my miracle worker because she never gave up on me. Even when I missed my appointment with her she called my house a few times insisting to see her that she would help me get a car so i can start working again. I call her my Miracle Worker because she didn't give up on helping from the time I sent her my 1st email til she got me a car even when I gave up on myself myself. I definitely went all out, way above and behind for me. She literally did all the work to get me driving again including convincing me that she would get me a car. Brenda Lavigne didn't only get me a car, she got me what I call a dream car. she gave me my self respect and pride and pretty sure saved my job; she treated me like family, and to top it all off after dealing with the stress I was radiating she some how managed to make me feel like I was the one that made it all possible and the that I'm the one that did her the favour for buying the car. I still can't believe what Brenda Lavigne did for me and the service Collins Nissan gave me. Atmosphere there is not of a dealership it's kind of like home. More

Service stops as soon as you sign the deal I love my Nissan Sentra and was sent a customer appreciation offer. When we checked out the deal everyone was friendly and gave us alot of attention. I love my Nissan Sentra and was sent a customer appreciation offer. When we checked out the deal everyone was friendly and gave us alot of attention. We warned them that we didn't have a great experience when we bought our Sentra but they assured us they were under new management. When we signed the deal the service ended. We had to phone three days after our deal to see when the car could be picked up. When we made a time to pick up the vehicle our snow tires were not on the vehicle, they were not even ordered. I refused to take the car without snow tires ( I drive 200KL a day and it's been snowing) they suggested I take my old vehicle home. Two things wrong with that is the plates were switched to my new car and insurance switched. Then the manager offered to deliver my cars after two days of waiting. On delivery they sent an agent that we didn't know. He arrived late and after dark. The agent did not have my deposit with him. Another day I have to spend correcting what should have been done . When we went to pick up the vehicle the first time the night manager was apologetic and indicated they wanted to compensate me some way for the mistake and inconvenience. This amounted to nothing. Once again all talk and very little customer service. More

"AWESOME!!" I had been looking for this car well.....a long time when I contacted them and Brain took care of me. Told him I was looking at the Camaro on their lot "anyone looking for said car too bad I got it" anyhoo Brian was very professional and more important to me approachable. he send me all the information I wanted and then some could not ask for a better C.S.R. Paul was great as well he didn't waste my time told me what they wanted and they were fair with their price. so even though he's a manger I can't say anything bad about him because he was great. Now we come to the money guy Rob one of the nicest guys you will ever meet he went above and beyond for me got me a great rate and some sweet add ons. If I ever need to get a car again I am coming back here and I live in Whitby ont so that gotta tell ya something about the service here I was treated with respect and I felt more like a friend talking to them. I had a great experience here thanks again guys. More

My husband does a lot of his own research so knew a lot about it already but Chris filled in the blanks where needed. After going for a test drive and some negotiating, we were sold on the vehicle. After working with Chris, he introduced us to Rob R. who was great and very accommodating. The customer service that we received from both Chris and Rob was wonderful and they definitely made buying a car a lot easier. We will definitely be back in the future and will recommend Collins to everyone we know. More
