A Father/Son Vacation Saver! I was vacationing with my Son. We crossed the border at Buffalo, NY at 2:30pm, when I noticed a humming coming from the front end. I stopped into the Nissan dealership at Niagara Falls, ON and after confirming that the bearing needed replacing, they refused to fix it and referred me to the nearest Canadian Tire. They too refused to replace the bearing, which left us with no alternative but to limp the vehicle to Toronto and abandon the rest of our vacation plans. As a last resort, I googled the next nearest Nissan Dealership and, as luck would have it, came across Collins. Despite it being 4:00pm on a Friday, the Receptionist assured me that they would not leave me stranded and took full charge of the situation by confirming that the part(s) were available and finding a mechanic to do the job. From the moment we pulled up to the service entrance, to some final words of wisdom from the Mechanic, the experience could not have been better. Due to my 30 year Military Career, I have resided in several Canada cities and never before have I been so impressed with a dealership - Thanks Collins! More

His smile, charisma and knowledge are phenomenal and he made me feel comfortable explaining details on insurances, He made the magic happen and was able to respect my budget. I met with Fred who showed me everything about my car and how it works as well as making sure my 17 yr old daughter knew as well. He even showed her the service dept in the event she would have to bring the car in for an oil change or other. Before driving away, Rob came over and wished my daughter and I the best of luck and congratulated me. Pathfinder Purchase We went to Collins Nissan to trade in two vehicles and purchase a new Pathfinder. We initially worked with Bill who eventually brought Fred and Steve to work on the deal. We reached an agreement and selected a specific Pathfinder to purchase. They were able to track down the exact vehicle we wanted in our first colour choice and have it at the dealership for pick up within 5 days. We worked with Rob on all the financial arrangements and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. Although it's hard to know for sure, we feel we got a reasonable deal price-wise and are very pleased with the vehicle so far. The customer service was terrific and everyone made us feel very welcome and like very important customers. This is my third Nissan from Collins Nissan. My husband was a die hard domestic vehicle guy and it took a lot of convincing to get him to look at a Nissan. He was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the whole experience. More
