Sales Manager is horrible Went in to learn more about the Rogue and figure out the price of one and what terms and options they have. Made it perfectly clear we were not buying today but deciding within the next few days and needed to check out insurance on the new vehicle. My wife and I are in our late 20's and insurance can be a huge difference depending on vehicle. The salesman "Bill Hamilton" was friendly and understanding and had setup an appointment with us for Monday afternoon so we could talk with our insurance. Sales manager came in and asked us what was stopping us. Told us to call our insurance right there when we knew they were closed on Saturday and "educated" us that people should know everything when they go looking for a car and be ready to buy on the spot. He left with Bill for a bit and Bill came back and we advised that we were going to leave and think about it and talk with insurance but would be back on Monday with a decision. The sales manager came back in and got ruder and basically told us to be more prepared. We decided to stop being verbally abused and left. Bought a better car for less from another company later on. All because of one arrogant and rude sales manager. Will never be back! Oh, the sales manager or so he introduced himself was "Steve Piro". More
