Great Experience! My experience at Nissan was a great one, not only was the service great but Nissan was a top favourite for me when I was choosing a dealership. I have always been a fan of Nissan and I knew choosing a vehicle wouldn't be a problem because all of them were great, not only by looks but by performance. I dealt mostly with the finance manager Derek Schiavone and he was awesome on helping me with financing a vehicle and my options as to what type of vehicle I can start out with. He helped me step by step with the process giving me all the information I needed and what to look out for and what to expect and gave me a great rate at and affordable rate I was pleased with. I ended up with the 2015 Nissan Versa. It's a great car to start out with and hopefully down the road when I'm finished with it I can work my way to future Nissan vehicles. Overall I was pleased with a great experience and I will definitely make my to Nissan again as my permanent dealership. More

Excellent Customer Service We just purchased our second Nissan Murano from Fred and we were treated just like family. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the purchase and f We just purchased our second Nissan Murano from Fred and we were treated just like family. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the purchase and financing of our new vehicle. I had made a call to Fred inquiring about he cost of the custom made winter mats for the vehicle and he said he would look into it for me. When we arrived to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck I had asked again of he looked into it for me and his reply was, "yes they are pretty expensive" and changed the subject and I sort of forgot about it and just let it go. We went out to see the beautiful new truck and go over some of the options it has and when he opened the drivers door.....yep you guessed it they mats were in the truck!! We were so touched that he went ahead and did this for us just another reason that we love Fred and Collins Nissan so much!! If you are looking for a new or used Nissan you will NEVER go wrong if you go to Collins and ask for Fred Fuoco and tell him the Mazzone's sent you :) More
