We were welcomed by Chris V. as soon as we walked onto the dealership. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. My husband does a lot of his own research so knew a lot about it already but Chris filled in the blanks where needed. After going for a test drive and some negotiating, we were sold on the vehicle. After working with Chris, he introduced us to Rob R. who was great and very accommodating. The customer service that we received from both Chris and Rob was wonderful and they definitely made buying a car a lot easier. We will definitely be back in the future and will recommend Collins to everyone we know. More

But NONE have followed through- with the exception of this fantastic dealership! Not only did they quickly get me approved but explained that by leasing with them I can improve my poor credit rating! I have always been a fan of Nissan and I knew choosing a vehicle wouldn't be a problem because all of them were great, not only by looks but by performance. I dealt mostly with the finance manager Derek Schiavone and he was awesome on helping me with financing a vehicle and my options as to what type of vehicle I can start out with. He helped me step by step with the process giving me all the information I needed and what to look out for and what to expect and gave me a great rate at and affordable rate I was pleased with. I ended up with the 2015 Nissan Versa. It's a great car to start out with and hopefully down the road when I'm finished with it I can work my way to future Nissan vehicles. Overall I was pleased with a great experience and I will definitely make my to Nissan again as my permanent dealership. More
