Seamless & Professional service from test drive to ownership I was shopping several brands but the Exemplary Customer Service made a believer of me. From the first handshake until the last,the experience was easy. As a woman I am always leery of car shopping but the staff was knowledgeable and didn't speak to me as though I was clueless. Robin was gracious and engaging with my son who came along for the ride. He answered all of my questions. I cannot even being to praise Rob Reilly enough. I was not the easiest customer to accommodate due to prior financial challenges. Rob was respectful, candid and tireless to find a deal that I could live with. I'll remember Robin, I'll remember the smiling staff but Rob will be the reason I direct anyone I know who needs a car. His customer service skills are among the best I've seen, and I'm no easy sell. Kudos Collins Nissan, you've got a customer for life!!!!!!!!! More
