Disappointed and insulted Very disappointed in the class and customer service at this dealership. One representative from head office, did not demonstrate friendliness nor clas Very disappointed in the class and customer service at this dealership. One representative from head office, did not demonstrate friendliness nor class when we exited the dealership. The dealership was having a private sale and corporate had promised more money for trade ins instead of using Nissan dollars for advertising ( which he claimed didn't work) There was no negotiating offered after spending over 2 hours there and we left without our vehicle of preference. We contacted the dealership on Tuesday with our concern and were to,d we would receive a response but haven't heard back from the dealership ( it is Thursday now ) We did not have any issues or concerns with the 2 staff members at the dealership they were very pleasant. We understand that the dealership has a bottom line but we were hoping that we could of received more for our trade In as was mentioned by the corporate representative when we entered the dealership. More
