Best experience EVER!!! I recently received a job transfer that required me to travel from St. Catharines to Grimsby every day for work. While my old SUV was ok for travellin I recently received a job transfer that required me to travel from St. Catharines to Grimsby every day for work. While my old SUV was ok for travelling around the city it was not suitable for travelling that distance safely. With that in mind, I started looking online into a newer vehicle. I filled in a pre-application and within hours Derek was on the phone with me. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for when we met and he went to work to locate me the perfect newer SUV. Within a few days he not only found me the SUV I wanted, but he made the process a totally enjoyable experience. I found myself looking forward to the next email just to see what he'd come up with. He took care of everything and never made me feel like my preferences were a problem. I would highly recommend Derek and Collins Nissan to my family and friends or anyone looking for an exceptional new/newer car shopping experience!! Everyone I interacted with was very personable and Derek made me feel like I've known him my whole life!! GREAT JOB Derek :D More
