Best experience EVER!!! I recently received a job transfer that required me to travel from St. Catharines to Grimsby every day for work. While my old SUV was ok for travellin I recently received a job transfer that required me to travel from St. Catharines to Grimsby every day for work. While my old SUV was ok for travelling around the city it was not suitable for travelling that distance safely. With that in mind, I started looking online into a newer vehicle. I filled in a pre-application and within hours Derek was on the phone with me. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for when we met and he went to work to locate me the perfect newer SUV. Within a few days he not only found me the SUV I wanted, but he made the process a totally enjoyable experience. I found myself looking forward to the next email just to see what he'd come up with. He took care of everything and never made me feel like my preferences were a problem. Miracle Worker Two weeks ago my world started falling apart leaving me without a car which meant I couldn't get to work. After spending a week of dealing with car de Two weeks ago my world started falling apart leaving me without a car which meant I couldn't get to work. After spending a week of dealing with car dealers, being denied left right and center and with no hope I came across Collins Nissan and send out one last email. I got a phone call From Brenda Lavigne without a couple of hours asking to meet me. The next morning I woke up to bunch more "sorry can't help you" email from a bunch of other dealers. That was it; i gave up at that point. I didn't think I was ever going to get a car and didn't bother even trying to show up to my meeting with Brenda. Brenda Lavigne is my miracle worker because she never gave up on me. Even when I missed my appointment with her she called my house a few times insisting to see her that she would help me get a car so i can start working again. I call her my Miracle Worker because she didn't give up on helping from the time I sent her my 1st email til she got me a car even when I gave up on myself myself. I definitely went all out, way above and behind for me. She literally did all the work to get me driving again including convincing me that she would get me a car. Brenda Lavigne didn't only get me a car, she got me what I call a dream car. she gave me my self respect and pride and pretty sure saved my job; she treated me like family, and to top it all off after dealing with the stress I was radiating she some how managed to make me feel like I was the one that made it all possible and the that I'm the one that did her the favour for buying the car. I still can't believe what Brenda Lavigne did for me and the service Collins Nissan gave me. Atmosphere there is not of a dealership it's kind of like home. More
