Bill Hamilton was aces, he answered all our questions & went through the car & explained everything, from moving the seat, fixing the radio to our channels, to the where to put the windshield washer fluid & how to release the spare tire if needed. David Ahumada was very knowledgeable and explained all the paper work in detail. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience from the beginning in meeting Geoff MacVinnie to Steve Piro who went over our car for trade. The dealership was having a private sale and corporate had promised more money for trade ins instead of using Nissan dollars for advertising ( which he claimed didn't work) There was no negotiating offered after spending over 2 hours there and we left without our vehicle of preference. We contacted the dealership on Tuesday with our concern and were to,d we would receive a response but haven't heard back from the dealership ( it is Thursday now ) We did not have any issues or concerns with the 2 staff members at the dealership they were very pleasant. We understand that the dealership has a bottom line but we were hoping that we could of received more for our trade In as was mentioned by the corporate representative when we entered the dealership.
