Exceptional Customer Service I walked into Collins Nissan knowing what I wanted and having researched I knew the price I wanted it for. My sales man, Christopher Van Wiechen was I walked into Collins Nissan knowing what I wanted and having researched I knew the price I wanted it for. My sales man, Christopher Van Wiechen was informative, understanding of my budget, and really fought for what I wanted/needed. On the first test drive he walked me through some features on the car. On the second test drive he and his manager Geoff told us to take it out for as long as we needed and really get a feel for it. We took the car out for nearly an hour. Upon arriving back to the dealership it was time to work out the pricing which went very well. Upon picking up my vehicle everyone welcomed me by name and took the time to walk me through all the paperwork (Rob Reilly in Finance) and features of the vehicle. Chris made my oil change appointment for me and then I was on my way to work the afternoon shift. Upon arriving at work Chris sent an emailing sharing the picture of us standing beside my brand new Juke. I was extremely pleased with my service and the staff at Collins Nissan. Dominic suggested that her Micra be placed in the showroom surrounded by balloons.We walked in and told her it was hers and she was overwhelmed, and didn't believe it was hers. This was a personal touch that we found very touching. The staff were congratulatory. This was customer service above and beyond what we expected. The whole car buying experience was excellent with Rob Reilly locating vehicles for us quickly. We would highly recommend this dealership. More

Derek worked to get the best financing options for me and at no point made me feel bad because of past mistakes with my credit. I was able to contact him at anytime if I had and any questions or concerns and he would respond very quickly. Went in to see him on a Thursday for the first time and drove out with a 2015 Nissan Rogue (which I love) 4 days later. Thank you so much Derek and Collins Nissan.. I guarantee we will be back to see you in the future when we are looking for another vehicle to replace my husbands. More

Bill Hamilton was aces, he answered all our questions & went through the car & explained everything, from moving the seat, fixing the radio to our channels, to the where to put the windshield washer fluid & how to release the spare tire if needed. David Ahumada was very knowledgeable and explained all the paper work in detail. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience from the beginning in meeting Geoff MacVinnie to Steve Piro who went over our car for trade. We where even shown around the service area & could not be more surprised and how clean the place is and being introduced to the friendly staff. Our thanks to all. One representative from head office, did not demonstrate friendliness nor class when we exited the dealership. The dealership was having a private sale and corporate had promised more money for trade ins instead of using Nissan dollars for advertising ( which he claimed didn't work) There was no negotiating offered after spending over 2 hours there and we left without our vehicle of preference. We contacted the dealership on Tuesday with our concern and were to,d we would receive a response but haven't heard back from the dealership ( it is Thursday now ) We did not have any issues or concerns with the 2 staff members at the dealership they were very pleasant. We understand that the dealership has a bottom line but we were hoping that we could of received more for our trade In as was mentioned by the corporate representative when we entered the dealership. More
