I needed a car relatively fast, but with my credit, I wasn't expecting much, thought I would have to buy some ten year old beater, and have to pay some rediculous intrest t rate for it. However, when I went to see Rob, he let me know that although my credit wasn't great, it wasn't as bad as I had anticipated either. Rob was able to work with me and get me an amazing interest rate, in the low single digits, which made it possible for me to get a newer model car. Moreover, I had very specific request that weren't easy to fill; I needed a car fast, cause of work, I prefer manual transmition, and I needed a car that fit my larger than average frame. Rob went above and byond to deliver on all these request, even picking me up and driving me to the dealership and to work to see cars or sign papers, or whatever needed to get done. Therfore, I can say without resservation, this was the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. I would definitely recomend Rob and the team at Collins Nissan, don't pre judge yourself, If you think your credit score isn't the best, just give him a call, it may not be as bad as you think, and because of their extensive network, they can get you the car you want. More

Seems like everyone there liked working there as you could feel a relax mood with all the staff. Did not feel any pressure about buying at any time - they just took the time to show us the features of the car we were considering. Went for a long test drive which was great as well. When it came down to negotiating which car version to buy and options - Chris our salesperson was very helpful and honest providing his opinion although not pushing for more expensive options. I really appreciated that and in the end got what we wanted and more. We really want to thank Chris, Paul and Erin for making the car buying a very wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone either in the area or even from outside (we came in from Toronto).
