Fantastic Service We just picked up our new Nissan Micra . The experience was over the top. We have never in all the years we dealt with Ford have we felt so appreciated. Bill Hamilton was aces, he answered all our questions & went through the car & explained everything, from moving the seat, fixing the radio to our channels, to the where to put the windshield washer fluid & how to release the spare tire if needed. David Ahumada was very knowledgeable and explained all the paper work in detail. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience from the beginning in meeting Geoff MacVinnie to Steve Piro who went over our car for trade. We where even shown around the service area & could not be more surprised and how clean the place is and being introduced to the friendly staff. Our thanks to all. Disappointed and insulted Very disappointed in the class and customer service at this dealership. One representative from head office, did not demonstrate friendliness nor clas Very disappointed in the class and customer service at this dealership. One representative from head office, did not demonstrate friendliness nor class when we exited the dealership. The dealership was having a private sale and corporate had promised more money for trade ins instead of using Nissan dollars for advertising ( which he claimed didn't work) There was no negotiating offered after spending over 2 hours there and we left without our vehicle of preference. We contacted the dealership on Tuesday with our concern and were to,d we would receive a response but haven't heard back from the dealership ( it is Thursday now ) We did not have any issues or concerns with the 2 staff members at the dealership they were very pleasant. We understand that the dealership has a bottom line but we were hoping that we could of received more for our trade In as was mentioned by the corporate representative when we entered the dealership. More
