We were so happy with the Rogue we bought last year we came back this year and got a newer Rogue and a Versa! I can understand how complicated it is to close on 2 cars at the same time but they took it in stride. I bought the Murano through Chris VanWiechen and Geoff MacVinnie. The following May 2015 I decided to trade our second car for a new Rogue SL, so I went to see Chris again. He made me a deal I couldn't refuse. So between him and Steve Piro I bought anew Rogue. Great folks at this dealership and there service and parts department. Won't stop calling my house to sell me a vehicle I brought my Murrano to Collins Nissan in the fall for an oil change/general maintenance. The service was done. No issues about the service. Since I brought my Murrano to Collins Nissan in the fall for an oil change/general maintenance. The service was done. No issues about the service. Since then, I have received junk mail, emails, and many, many phone calls trying to get me to trade in and purchase another Nissan. I am really sick of being bothered/emailed/targeted with cheesy "personal message" style letters/phone calls by this company. I have been to this dealership ONCE for service, and have had nothing but a barrage of advertising. I have asked those who call (not actually from Collins as they have outsourced this service) to please stop calling. Five times now I have made this request, each time being told that it will be done. They obviously have no control over the company they have hired to do their advertising. I had no issues with the service, and I can't speak about their sales team having no experience with them, but if you go for service, prepare to dedicate time to dealing with the none stop, targeted advertising. I will be in need of a new vehicle soon, but I can't see myself going here. More

Great sales team I knew the car I wanted before I came to the dealership. The challenge was to buy the car at a price that would fit my budget. Although I ended up spending more than I wanted to, I did get a few extras that I had not planned on but are likely important when keeping a car for a long time. Christopher was an excellent sales person, explained the car well and went over everything in detail when I picked it up. I would highly recommend him to my friends or family members who are in the market for a new car. There was a bit of an issue with the financing as a lot of the discussion took place over the phone which I realized afterwards did not give either side the comfort of having the discussion written down in detail. Rob helped to resolve the issues although the monthly amount was a bit more than my budget. More
