NO care for customer only botton line Worst dealership ever. I thought to myself lets upgrade my Nissan and lease a new model. So doing the responsible thing I began my day looking at all Worst dealership ever. I thought to myself lets upgrade my Nissan and lease a new model. So doing the responsible thing I began my day looking at all my options, including going to multiple local Nissan dealership to see all the models and colors of my choice. Lets just say this, I started out by saying Im looking around for the day and looking to get the numbers, they agreed to this and said it would take some time, so I walked to a another dealership. When I returned one gentleman told me that they would never do that and rambled on about how great the service is and what it would take me to do business with them. Well I am telling you I now after that day deal with the dealership and possibly the brand ever again. Two guys sit me down in the office I ask for the numbers, they say that the numbers are only available after I sign something, refused to I am not that stupid and wasn't starting a contract agreement before I got the numbers, so after more im a macho car sales man and you need to buy this bs they final gave me the numbers. GUESS WHAT they were 100 more a month then another Nissan dealership and the residual at the end of the less was 1500. TURNS out these guys run false numbers. I went to several other Nissan dealerships and got numbers within 5 to ten dollars nothing as bad as these guys. One of the other places was so taken back by the numbers they gave me that the he ran them to find out how they got them. Lets say I email Nissan HQ to inform of what this this place does. If two guys approach you a start spuwing bs about the customer do two things 1 do not sign anything or hand over a cc so they can engage in shady practices and 2 my best advice get up and walk to another dealer. Perhaps I just got the wrong people. At least one of them cared enough to call and apologize as they new wrong was done. But as for the other two employees yelling at someone to calm down when the walk across the sales floor no class what so ever, perhaps they would be suited for position hidden from the assistance of people If you want a good go somewhere else cause there numbers don't add up, you want to buy a car in a high pressure environment where there bottom line is more important that the right car or leasing option for you go here. If you want a good experience with friendly staff and helpful managers GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! More
