My Best Nissan Experience I just recently picked up my 2016 Nissan Juke while trading in my 2011 Juke. This is my 4th Nissan product and by far my best experience! My previous I just recently picked up my 2016 Nissan Juke while trading in my 2011 Juke. This is my 4th Nissan product and by far my best experience! My previous purchases have been through GTA dealerships and were less than memorable. From the 1st time I came in just "to admire" a showroom model while picking up my car from service to the final delivery standing with Nelson Mason by my car with a sold sign I was made to feel special and a valued customer. Nelson went above and beyond, always keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle. I went with Cosmic Blue with Cayenne trim, although that wasn't my 1st choice and I'm so glad I did; I get compliments on it all the time. Nelson even went so far as to install some extra trim on the interior including colour matching mats. But the piece de resistance was coming to take delivery and finding that he had put in the illuminated kickplates that I had expressed an interest in purchasing at some point. Now THAT is an exceptional salesman!! As well, he scheduled my 1st service appointment for my new car. My financial manager, Kelly Watton, was great as well, never pressing me to purchase any products and explaining all my paperwork. I had not planned on getting the extended warranty but when I found out it was refundable if I don't have to use it that was definitely a selling feature. All in all, it was a most pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the whole team there. I have always had great service at their service department and now I know their sales department, in particular, Nelson Mason, is exceptional! More

They Made It Work When my wife and I strolled in on a Sunday to simply browse, we were met by several friendly (but not pushy) folks. We had just begun to shop around b When my wife and I strolled in on a Sunday to simply browse, we were met by several friendly (but not pushy) folks. We had just begun to shop around but my wife fell in love with a red Rogue SL. After some discussion, we decided to lease the Rogue. However, my wife and I had not done our personal and business homework and as a result encountered a complication regarding our trade-in. I discussed the situation with our Collins Sales guy Nelson, and then with Manager, Tony Garafoli. With their help, everything worked out beyond our expectations. Within a couple of days the Rogue was ours. We love our Rogue SL and we feel like we made new friends at Collins...especially former race car driver, Nelson Mason. Also kudos to Kelly Watton who was very patient with us. I have bought and leased many cars in my lifetime in Canada and in the US but I don't recall ever feeling quite as valued a customer. The day we picked the car up, they came out to the parking lot to congratulate us and take our picture standing in front of our red Rogue. Classy! More

Love, love , love it!!!!!!!! For anyone not sure what car to buy, go to Collins and buy a rogue!! We were looking to buy any make and we were not going to jump into just anything, For anyone not sure what car to buy, go to Collins and buy a rogue!! We were looking to buy any make and we were not going to jump into just anything, we had time to look. We stopped into Collins one Saturday coming home from Toronto. A young man Jordan was very nice and helpful, he showed us the Rogue and we liked it. We left but had it on our minds. He followed up & sent us a picture of a Demo. On the next Sunday we had some time so we went down to have a look. A young man named Nelson came out to help us. We went for a ride and fell in love with it. Nelson and staff were not pushy at all.
