Jordan was so willing to work with my schedule and even though I decided I wanted a Murano after test driving a blue one I wasn't sure if I wanted blue or red so Jordan got a red one from the compound, washed it and emailed me pictures so I could come back the next day to drive. One stop shop When in the market for a change of cars I made Collins Nissan my first stop of the day and did not go any further. Not Happy My experience overall was somewhat Dissapointing. We Agreed on a price that included a full touch up on the stone chips around the bumper of the car. Upon picking up the car I was told that they couldn't do anything because the had to replace the whole bumper and it will cost them more. Also I was told that they only had one set of keys for the car. Which I was not informed before , and I have to pay if I wanted a spare keys. They had transferred everything from the insurance to the ownership from my old car to the Nissan Sentra. The salesman Jordan was friendly . And also krista with finance. Collins Nissan has a friendly atmosphere , but make sure you get what you where promised on delivery. More

Fantastic staff, car delivery left a lot to be desired. I walked into Nissan not entirely sure what I wanted and extremely hesitant to purchase; however my vehicle was in dire need of replacement. Derek made sure the financing went smoothly and worked out a fantastic deal for my trade. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them or any of the staff that I came into contact with while I was there, everyone always smiled and greeted me. My brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue was delivered with an issue that is still being resolved. Collins Nissan is currently working with me to fix it, I am frustrated that the car was delivered to me like this; however I am very pleased with how dedicated Nelson has been, and continues to be, to ensuring my car is perfect and my experience is fantastic.
