He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle but also didn't feed us any b.s. Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything. He appeared genuine and wasn't afraid to ask for help if he couldn't answer our questions. He even walked us through the lot so that we could see each colour option of the Nissan Rogue. We also had the pleasure of meeting Krista, who works in finance. She worked hard on her end to get us the payment within our budget. She also made it clear that if she wasn't sure about our questions, she would get the right answer from the manager. She was genuine and made us feel like valued people and not just another customer. My Best Nissan Experience I just recently picked up my 2016 Nissan Juke while trading in my 2011 Juke. This is my 4th Nissan product and by far my best experience! My previous I just recently picked up my 2016 Nissan Juke while trading in my 2011 Juke. This is my 4th Nissan product and by far my best experience! My previous purchases have been through GTA dealerships and were less than memorable. From the 1st time I came in just "to admire" a showroom model while picking up my car from service to the final delivery standing with Nelson Mason by my car with a sold sign I was made to feel special and a valued customer. Nelson went above and beyond, always keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle. I went with Cosmic Blue with Cayenne trim, although that wasn't my 1st choice and I'm so glad I did; I get compliments on it all the time. Nelson even went so far as to install some extra trim on the interior including colour matching mats. But the piece de resistance was coming to take delivery and finding that he had put in the illuminated kickplates that I had expressed an interest in purchasing at some point. Now THAT is an exceptional salesman!! As well, he scheduled my 1st service appointment for my new car. My financial manager, Kelly Watton, was great as well, never pressing me to purchase any products and explaining all my paperwork. I had not planned on getting the extended warranty but when I found out it was refundable if I don't have to use it that was definitely a selling feature. All in all, it was a most pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the whole team there. I have always had great service at their service department and now I know their sales department, in particular, Nelson Mason, is exceptional! More
