He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle but also didn't feed us any b.s. Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything. He appeared genuine and wasn't afraid to ask for help if he couldn't answer our questions. He even walked us through the lot so that we could see each colour option of the Nissan Rogue. We also had the pleasure of meeting Krista, who works in finance. She worked hard on her end to get us the payment within our budget. She also made it clear that if she wasn't sure about our questions, she would get the right answer from the manager. She was genuine and made us feel like valued people and not just another customer.
