Absolute best service I've ever received from a car dealer! I worked remotely with Jesse Mason and Derek Schiavone to arrange a purchasing from Collins Nissan the service was FANTASTIC . There were no high pressure tactics, and information was provided when asked in a manner that was clear and understandable. Jesse and Derek worked through the logistical nightmares of an out of town purchase with me and the entire process was FAR smoother than was anticipated . Derek worked his magic to get me the best financing options available. I am utterly impressed with the entire experience. In the end I purchased a 2016 Altima SL. The detailing was perfect and my winter tires were installed prior to delivery with he stock tires bagged up neatly in the back. Jesse even came in on his day off to ensure I was completely satisfied. Jesse took all the time needed to walk me through the safety and technology features on my new car explaining warranty and service intervals as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had spent the past 2 months looking for a new vehicle and had felt a lot of pressure at some of the dealerships we visited. At no time did we feel any of this pressure at Collins. We appreciated the friendly, comfortable no pressure experience we had and were happy to make the purchase of our new Nissan Murano at Collins Nissan. More
