I am certainly confident in recommending him to friends . His professionalism, knowledge and level of assistance can only be described as exemplary. Krista Caperchione, Financial Services Manager went out of her way to explain and handle the financial and sale documents through email and telephone, so these were essentially completed in advance of my picking up the vehicle. Again, a totally friendly, helpful and professional approach. At Collins Nissan I felt like a person and not a sale. They were very informative and not pushy ( I had this happen at OTHER car dealership places and left because of it ) Nelson was very knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing, and assured me this car would fit my needs for work and regular use, I asked him many, many questions and he didn't hesitate to answer ALL of my questions quickly and efficiently .Derek was very informative about the paper work process and answered every question I had or offered to help where needed with the paper work. They were very conscience of my budget and found me a vehicle under my budget, being a working mom of 3, that was very important to me to stay within the price I had in mind, knowing that they were listening to me about that is wonderful and shows that they care and will go the extra step to ensure that happens. my overall experience was 100% amazing and wasn't stressful at all ( because we all know how stressful this can be ) at Collins Nissan they make buying a vehicle easy and stress free More
