Efficient My husband bought a Frontier from Nissan St. Catharines a year ago and had a very positive experience and that's why I decided to send a email. I recieved prompt and friendly corespondance from Kevin and he sent good information about the Rogue I was interested in. We set up a dealership visit 2 days later and Kevin almost met us at the door:) Kevin was friendly and very well acquainted with the vehicle information but it seemed at times like he was reading from a well written script. We learned that Kevin was a newer salesman and we did get the sense that he was capable and eager to earn our business so we were happy with that. 2 people that really, really impressed us your finance girl Christa and Judy that manages the service department they both get a 10 out of 10 from us ! Professional all the way! April 2017 I went to Collins Nissan to look at the Rogue and Murano. As I was looking at the 2017 Murano, Jesse Mason came over and greeted me. Jesse answered my questions and showed me both vehicles. He asked what my needs are so as to recommend the best vehicle for me. The Murano was the best vehicle for me. We went to his office and discussed the price and after a few short minutes I had a price I couldn't believe as I compared it to previous quotes both online and other dealerships. Jesse and Matt, the sales manager came to the table with an excellent deal. The best! Krista Caperchione wrapped up the paperwork efficiently and pleasantly offering helpful advise on rustproofing and paint protection etc. I'm totally impressed with Collins Nissan and totally recommend dealing with them. It's worth the drive! They will get first chance to make a deal next time. Now, I'm going to enjoy my Murano SL AWD as it is a fantastic engineered vehicle and not as expensive as you likely think! We were pleasantly surprised to find such decent people. The February day I called Collins Nissan to plan a visit was a little surreal since the lady and the man I spoke to sounded more like acquaintances rather than prospective dealership employees. Both Nelson and Jesse Mason certainly did not add to my anxiety this time at a Nissan dealership. It was a relief to get a fair trade-in value for the CRV and drive off with a proven winner of a finely engineered - crafted motor vehicle. The 2017 Nissan Rogue has a classy interior and drives just as well as a full sized luxury car. I have driven it for a couple of months now without any disappointments and its quiet interior has now proven that the people who built it put everything together nice & tight. This is a quality vehicle that almost runs on gasoline fumes. Thank you Nissan for a great driving experience. More
