I purchased a new vehicle this week from ST Catharines Mazda. The staff was amazing. Inara spent many hours with me making sure I purchased the right vehicle, she was awesome, her knowledge of the cars Mazda. The staff was amazing. My experience with St. Catharines Mazda was extremely satisfying. Inara, our sales representative, was polite, courteous, and fully knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles that we looked at and test satisfying. All members of the staff were very helpful and informative, answering all questions asked of them. The price of the vehicle of our choice was very good, and within our budget. I had just finished paying off my car in December an My recent experience with St. Catharines Mazda. I was absolutely dreading going car shopping. I had just finished paying off my car in December and was anticipating buying something newer in the summer. Like most people, the previous experiences hadn't been pleasant ones. No matter which lot you step onto it's always the same thing: pushy sales people talking in circles without answering any questions trying to get you to buy their product. It had been another one of those exhausting days when we decided to walk onto the lot of St. Catharines Mazda on a Saturday late afternoon in January 2013. We spotted a nice blue 2012 Mazda 3 on the lot and started to look it over when Cameron Wilson came out and introduced himself with a warm handshake and a friendly disposition. Cam told us about the car, showing us some of it's features and answering our questions. We then decided to take it for a test drive. I have to say that the usual test drives with the sales person in the car sometimes feels awkward as you feel you cannot say what you really think of the car. This time was not the case. Cam made us feel comfortable as we felt we were going for a drive with a friend. We came back to the lot and sat with him and went over numbers, at no time did I feel pressured to say yes. Cam is persistent and knows how to do his job, but he also makes you feel like he wants you to make the right choice. We then came home and continued to talk about the cars we'd seen that day and how we felt about the whole thing. A few days later Cam followed up with a friendly phone call to see how we were doing and to see if we had any other questions. By this time we had done some research and found a few lots in/around Toronto that had the model and colour of car I was looking for. We talked with Cam about possibly bringing one of these cars down to his lot for a potential purchase. Without hesitation he agreed this would be feasible. A few days later we went to the dealership to start some of the paperwork. When we arrived Cam conveniently had a blue 2013 Mazda 3 sitting in his showroom (wink, wink). After discussing the numbers on a 2012 Cam suggested we look at a 2013 as a possibility. Cam worked with me to work out a reasonable price within my budget and get me a good trade in value on my old car. After signing the initial paperwork we met Russ Gavin, Financial Services Manager Extraordinaire. Russ walked through the details of how the approval process went and ensured all of my questions were fully answered before he would let my sign the final approval papers. With in a few hours Russ followed up to say I was approved. I was now the proud owner of a 2013 Sky Blue Mica Mazda 3 GS Sky (that just happened to be sitting in the showroom when I arrived). Her name is Matilda. The next day I received a call from Russ. My heart sank thinking there was something wrong and the night before was too good to be true. He actually called me with really good news. He was able to save me an extra percentage in interest. These are the type of calls any new car owner would be glad to receive. When I went to pick up the car Cam continued his thoroughness of making my experience a good one by explaining, in careful detail, all the features of my new car. Cam then showed me around the dealership to each of the different departments I may need to visit in the future. I was introduced to each member of my new extended family. My overall experience with buying this new car was excellent to say the least and far exceeded my expectations. My wife and i were on a surprise car shopping trip looking at a used Mazda 3 sport 5 speed. We were interested and the most helpful people assisted us from the moment we arrived and seemed interested looking at a used Mazda 3 sport 5 speed. To make this a short story we did buy the car and it was a low pressure quick smooth transaction. When we picked up our car cam showed my wife around the car as I watched. He was patient and answered all our questions. We would both highly recommending Cam or Inara at St.Catharines Mazda to any one looking for a good experience, and a good product. More

I wanted to test drive the CX-5, so she made that happen after a brief chat about what I was looking for to help decide on what model to drive. She sat down with us and talked about what it was I was interested in and what I have driven and what I liked and didn't like about the vehicles I drove. Since she knew I was interested in buying an SUV she discussed the different models with me and prices and answered all of my questions. She was easy to talk to and I didn't feel that she was pushy or in it just for the sale. She was happy to share lots of information with me during the test drive, as well as after. She encouraged me to take the car to show my parents, because she knew I wanted to talked to them about it before I purchased it. So she came along for the ride. Once we got to my parents house, my father and sister and mother all wanted to go for a ride, so she offered to stay outside in the cold at my parents house while I took my family for a ride to get their support in buying the vehicle. She introduced herself to my family and answered all their questions. Helped make me 100% on my choice. Once back at the dealership, we looked at final pricing and she was more than eager to help me get the best price. She went back and forth to sales Manager Chris (whom was also very friendly, chatty, and always smiling, and together we worked out a manageable price. I was very happy with the trade in value they offered me as well as the negotiating and free colour upgrade on my white CX-5. I felt we developed a great trusting relationship and I believe her excellent/easy going sales technique really helped with the final sale of my new zoom zoom. Cameron understood exactly what we needed in a vehicle, and directed us to the perfect car. We are extremely happy with the service, our payments and most of all the support from Cameron. Our salesman was very friendly and acomadating. He was persistent but not pushy in our 2 month process, giving us calls and updates on cars we may have been interested in. I would say we came back after visiting other dealers and private lots , because we felt more comfortable dealing with the professionalism of Mazda and Cameron. The only small complaint would be the hard time to negotiate , we did see other cars on some private lots , comparable to ours that were cheaper, and couldn't get the sales manager down to that number. In the end we decided that it was worth buying from a reputable dealer and sales staff. More
