It was obvious that Chris sets a positive tone with his professional yet friendly approach with customers. I also had my other vehicle in for service at the dealership. The Mazda is not comparable to the Ford Fusion, Honda Civic and Hyandi Elantra because it's in it's own luxury league but in the SAME price category so it's a no brainer! Buy a Mazda! Very knowledgable & friendly staff who are all very PATIENT and willing to take the time to find the right fit for you. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at St. Catharines Mazda as it was my first new vehicle purchase ever made and sales consultant Cameron Wilson and manager Chris made the process comfortable and re-assuring. My husband and I found Inara to be informed on both new and used cars and while we ultimately decided on the 2014 Mazda 3, she did not pressure us in any way which we appreciated. Service has been excellent during the purchase and pickup of our new car on Dec 23rd, 2013 and Inara has kept in touch throughout the process and been very helpful with showing us how everything works.
