Purchased new Jeep My wife and I went to Southside to look at jeep cherokee. We had decided that our next purchase would be a Jeep Cherokee. Adrian came out and told us they were closed but if there was anything we wanted to look at he would be glad to show it to us. We said there was one that we might be interested in so he got the keys and we looked it over, took a short drive and decided that was the one we wanted. So Elissa and Adrian stayed and wrote up the deal. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the team, the friendliness, the efficiency of the deal. Customer Satisfaction I have had terrible experience with the Service Center at Southside. From not getting your vehicle done on time to paying for services that they did n I have had terrible experience with the Service Center at Southside. From not getting your vehicle done on time to paying for services that they did not do. Therefore I take my Jeep elsewhere to be serviced. I did however bring it to Southside to get my tires rotated and Susan was my service writer. When I got there to pickup my Jeep I was told that I had broken both the lock keys that were in my trunk and so they could not rotate the tires as they could not get the lugs off. I was asked who I had taken the jeep to that broke the tire lock and I said no one. I was made feel like a liar and told that they had to get the locks off then order a whole new set and I would pay for all this. I said I would not pay for the fix as the tire lock was broken at the shop. But they would talk to the boss and see. I received a call from Susan that they were going to fix everything for free and to bring in the Jeep. I did and they did everything for no charge. This was done because of Susan and if not for her I would have never gone back to Southside. I have bought 2 jeeps there in 5 years but will not go back because of the service center. Susan is the only one there that is customer service lead. More
