If you ever listen to something online, please listen to this. I never post reviews, I’m very understanding and deal with problems pretty well but this dealership has put me over the edge. First, I bought m this. I never post reviews, I’m very understanding and deal with problems pretty well but this dealership has put me over the edge. First, I bought my vehicle May 2021, I went into the dealership looking for a new Jeep. After an hour of a salesman telling me I “don’t want” a new vehicle, it’ll take too long to get it, they had great used vehicles that are “cheaper” with better options included - even though I get a discount on new vehicles through a partnership at my work - I decided to test drive one of the used cars he suggested. I came back and he again pushed me into buying this car, and emphasized it was less expensive, and I’d get it in about a week - dismissing again that Od get a discount on a new car. I did like the car and it was similar to what I wanted so I finally agreed to take it. Next thing I knew I was in the finance office. I worked at a bank so I requested my loan be at the same institution I worked at for ease of finances being kept together, that didn’t happen. He did not explain anything to me, did not ask about my income, didn’t ask for proof I was even employed. Everything was “done” and I asked for the information, he seemed annoyed I wanted to know how much I’d be paying and more interested in selling me extra warranty and packages for his benefit. The first guy said the loan would be at 2.99% - it actually ended up to be 6.98% and I was told my car total cost was $34,000 taxes in. My actual loan was $39,800. I got the paperwork in the mail, so when I inquired about the discrepancy it was “too late”. I was in an accident 1 month later with this vehicle and it was sent to Southbank to take care of the repairs. I was not contacted or had anyone return my calls for 3 weeks - my insurance covered a rental car for a month and the dealership “guaranteed” If get it back within a month. At 3 weeks it was “unfortunately this” and unfortunately that, and I didn’t get my car back so I asked if I could get a rental from them until I got my car back, that was a hard no. They said they’d “ask” Jeep if they’d cover one for me - again no. They had my car for FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS. Barely kept in contact with me throughout the entire time and when I’d reach out again they were annoyed I was wondering what’s happening. The one contact I had then “ghosted me” so I called the general line and someone told me, “oh he quit two weeks ago” so my emails and calls were going to no one. The person then said “oh ya your car has been ready to go for about a week…” - with not so much as a call when it was “ready”. I got my car back in October without so much as an apology. Not two months later my car was making very loud grinding noises on the rear right side so again, took it to Southbank and they had it for a day, said they fixed a minor issue and tried to charge me for it multiple times although it was under warranty. Three days later the noise came back and they were shocked I was so upset that Id have to bring it back again and take another rental for the day - by the way the first time they charged me $100 for the rental for 6 hours. Anyways I brought it back and he called me and told me I was “lucky” I brought it in because it was a major issue and it could have cost ME a lot of money. They missed the issue a few days prior but I was LUCKY?? Again, tried to be charged for the work and again had to explain basically what a warranty meant. Now moving on to another issue, one of my tires has gone completely bald. The car currently has 40,000 KM on it, when I questioned it they just said I had to buy new tires but they’d give me a “great deal” on them. I asked about the serial numbers as I understood GoodYear has a tread warranty which ranges from 50,000 - 105,000 KM dependant on what tire it ks - I haven’t heard anything from them to help me out in that sense and since I bought the car used, I don’t have the receipts to show when I “bought the tires”. I also STUPIDLY was convinced to purchase upfront “unlimited” oil changes for “free” for the lifetime of my car. I have tried FOUR TIMES to get my car in for an oil change and because they see I won’t have to pay, I think they try to get out of doing it every time. I booked this most recent one today at 7AM, I called yesterday and confirmed and said I’d need to be back at my house by 8:30 for work and I was assured I would have no problem and I was the only one booked for 7AM and it doesn’t take too long for an oil change. I left my house this morning and said I’d keep positive and regardless of the past I’d be nice. I got there before the doors opened, when the gates opened I drove in and the service tech was quite rude and said “What are you here for” I said I had an appointment for an oil change at 7AM and he walked away saying, “there’s someone ahead of you so you’ll have to wait about an hour” and I laughed and said I had an appointment at 7AM and he just said “ok”….What is the point of making an appointment - at 7AM no less - to ensure it fit in my day, and then be told basically appointment times don’t matter and I’d have to wait anyways. So once again I’ll have to go to another place and pay for an oil change. I’ve never, ever gotten an oil change from the dealership because they cancel appointments or change things last minute that doesn’t work for me. This dealership tries to push its finances WAY over its customer service. If I could get rid of my relationship with this poor excuse of a business I certainly would. More

Would most definitely recommend all who helped to make this happen as well as this dealership.
