The Service team at Southbank Dodge/ Jeep are the greatest. I have never been to a car dealership who prides themselves in quality and effective service the way they do here. They are there to take care of your car and they do it with pride. It shows in their customer relations, as they do everything they possibly can to save your hard earned money. I came in for a small problem they fixed without cost (covered under warranty on my Jeep Wrangler) and Madelelaine suggested me to get a full inspection before the warranty ended soon. Guy and his qualified technicians found 2 other problems and gladly took care of them too. This isnt the first time they have worked wonders for me! Trust me, you are rarely greeted and served hassel free like this in ANY other dealership I have been to. RJ is so helpfull and gives you real solutions.
