Hi there, I’ll provide the feedback but hope SDCJR on Bank can really take the service performance seriously. Overall team is friendly and helpful but the good quality of service is alway in the details Bank can really take the service performance seriously. Overall team is friendly and helpful but the good quality of service is alway in the details. I came for the oil change and got service quickly. The second part of my issue was that I’ve been having issues with the trie deflating and when the weather changes. The main tire was reporting low air on the dashboard. Service team indicated they were going to look at it. When I picked up the truck, - dashboard warning light still on - every tire had different air pressure These are the items that customer remember and question the level of service. If service team can not get small items like this get right what else have they missed or not done correctly??? The corrective actions should have been: - check with the customer if they have some time and fix the deflation issue on the RF trie as I have been notifying the team since I changed tires last year. - 20min - ensure that there are not warning lights on the dashboard. - 1min - inflate all the tires with the correct pressure - 5min In summary, great location, people at the front are great to deal with but unfortunately after most visits there seems to be something that go missed, forgotten on not fix correctly. The shuttle service is absolutely unacceptable. I waiting 2 hours to be picked up to retrieve my vehicle. Probably the last time I use that service.
