Good afternoon. First, I want to thank you for sharing your experience. Your review raised a huge flag as we deal a lot with people on disability. We even prep vehicles based on specific requirements. That being said, Christopher did not lie to you. He did in fact contact SCI to inquire about your question, and the answer was NO. We called that same person back and his answer was the same. After sharing your story with him, SCI's answer was a little different. It turned from a NO into a oh sorry, I meant you said something other than ODSP and then he apologized for the misunderstanding. I sincerely apologize on behalf of Southbank for putting you through this. Our intentions were good to start with as we wanted an answer from the leasing company before pulling your credit report, and had to live with their original answer. Thank you again for pursuing this further with them and I sure hope this will help future customers.
