I had originally went to Myers Dodge and was not taken serious when I give this dealership a 5/5 due to the great service from the sales department. I had originally went to Myers Dodge and was not taken serious when I told the salesman I wanted a top of the line Dodge ram, hemi engine, 6'4" box, crew cab, red or blue in colour, etc. Myers Dodge had told me this vehicle did not exist in Canada anywhere and brushed me off. Southbank Dodge found 4 within a couple of hours that met my specs. This was done over the phone. Once it was confirmed that the trucks were available I went to the dealership and deal with Moe. We went to take a truck for a test drive which was pearl in colour just so I know how they handled. This colour was not on my list but I fell in love with it and a couple of hours later was the owner of a 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie Ltd, fully loaded. MY ADVICE: BUY FROM SOUTHBANK AND STAY AWAY FROM MYERS. Myers thought I was wasting their time and could not afford this truck. No financing was required and the truck was paid for in cash, thus sales lesson 101, never judge a book by its' cover. More
