Didn't seem interested in selling me a vehicle. We went in to purchase a jeep Cherokee today. They asked us what we would be willing to pay, based on our math and research of the cherokees listed on We went in to purchase a jeep Cherokee today. They asked us what we would be willing to pay, based on our math and research of the cherokees listed on their website and other dealerships prices we gave them a reasonable number knowing they will probably talk us up a bit more and that is ok. The sales associate we spoke to must have been fairly new and wasn't able to answer any questions about the vehicle, engine, towing capacity, safety features etc but she seemed nice and was trying. Bruce stepped in and started speaking really quickly and aggressively throwing all these numbers at us that confused me. He also was disrespectful and referred to the female sales associate as "not knowing if she was coming or going" in front of us and her. We tried to explain the reason we came up with that number is based on YOUR prices online (aparently they didnt have any of those vehicles that were seen online) and what the other dealerships had quoted. Bruce responded smugly as though we could just leave and go elsewhere. He gave us a price that was 40$ per month more than the price we said we were willing to pay and honestly I was ok with his price. What I was NOT ok with is how he spoke to us. Had he said sorry we can't do your number but would you be willing to work with this number? I would have said yes can I see what I'll get for that price please. Instead we were condescended to and made to feel like we had to sell ourselves as customers instead of the dealership trying to sell a vehicle to us. I'm not sure if that is a tactic, an attempt to shift the power differential and make the most money off their customers. I understand they have to make money, that's business, but I don't understand being disrespectful, condescending and confusing, they never even asked if we were willing to pay their amount and show us a vehicle! I will be happy to spend my hard earned money elsewhere, Bruce is probably fine with that. More

High way Robbery make sure to get things in writing I had a recall on a truck and this place was the only place could do the recall. Unfortunately the truck was not fixable but I end up paying close to $200 just to charge the battery. They said their hourly rate is $192 and it took them 1 1/2 just to look at the truck. They need competent Mechanic that it should not take 1 1/2 to know the car needs a new battery. Its a high way robbery to pay $200 just for them to charge the battery. Even on the receipt it says it has battery problem but they keep saying that the Mechanic worked on it which not sure what exactly they did. I should have known and read the review about this place but sending them the truck. Those positive reviews are all done by them. Spoke to Chris and he didnt care to know other than how will he receive the money. Now they will get all their Team to write positive review to over come this negative review. More
Took truck in for 4 wheel alignment I made an appointment for my truck for 7am for a 4 wheel alignment and asked the price they said 99.99 and so I dropped it off and said it had to be d I made an appointment for my truck for 7am for a 4 wheel alignment and asked the price they said 99.99 and so I dropped it off and said it had to be done at 3pm by the latest shouldn’t have been a problem for a simple alignment I called and got dropped off at 3 at the dealer and my truck still had not been in the shop and the advisor said the alignment was 139.99 I said that’s not What you quoted me and he was not willing to honor his quote saying it was a heavy duty alignment which is bs I talked to the advisor very upset and he said they would get it in right away and it would only be a half hour I waited 15 min and walked out back to see my truck and it was still not in the shop and 3 mechanics were in there including the one that was supposed to be working on my truck and they were fixing a dirt bike instead I took my truck without the alignment done and left what an absolute waste of time I would never take my truck or ever recommend this dealer More
