He explained all my options for add ons and how the trade in works. Etc. He got me an amazing interest rate and good payment plan. Both Ivan and mike kept in touch with me through the entire process and were eager to assist me with calling my insurance and faxing info etc. They both did an amazing job and I truly am happy with Jeep. Salesperson Troy was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, personable, and didn't waste my time - I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, in a low-stress way. A little post-sale assistance was provided as well to remove a previously unnoticed dent in the passenger door moulding at no charge. I found the listing on Autotrader and though the purchase was for a Subaru, not their mai I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hasan at Southbank. I found the listing on Autotrader and though the purchase was for a Subaru, not their main vehicle type, Hasan was very knowledgeable about the car. As I don't live in Ottawa I was a bit leary of purchasing a vehicle remotely but Hasan made the experience very easy and was very prompt at answering all of my questions. When I arrived in Ottawa to pick up my new car the transition was seamless. They had everything ready to go and I was able to drive back to Kingston that same day. More
