Michael was waiting for us when we arrived and bent over backwards explaining the product and answering our many questions to our satisification. Not only did Southpointe Toyota have generally very good customer ratings, they also showed a good history of dealing with customers honestly and fairly. That was number one on my list for selecting a dealer. Serge Fenyuk tried very hard to answer all my many questions and he did an excellent job of meeting my expectations. I felt he was being completely honest at all times and I never felt like I was being manipulated, the way I had at other dealers. When I had minor service issues with my new car, he helped to have them dealt with as soon as possible. All issues were resolved promptly and fairly. This is the way the experience should be for everyone buying a car. I would gladly recommend Serge and this dealership to anyone buying a vehicle. More

He was a great sales man that was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and approach, no pressure and it just genuinely felt like we were dealing with a real person trying to help us find what we wanted not just someone trying to get a commission. Strongly Recommend this Dealership I cannot recall a time in which I went to dealership and actually trusted everyone I dealt with there; I can say that now. I do not doubt the authenticity of my Sales Person or the Finance Manager. Andrew Vo was my salesperson and it was his first day working for Toyota but if he hadn't have told me, I never would have known-that is how well this man knew his business. I readily admit I do not know much about vehicles but I know what I like in a car and I felt all my questions were treated professionally and answered fully. In other words, I left feeling respected and not patronized. I cannot say that for all dealerships. Andrew even emailed me the next day just to see how my first day was with my SUV. In summary, I left happy, felt supported, and with a feeling that I could go back with any questions. I strongly recommend Southpointe Toyota and specifically Andrew Vo and hopefully you will have the pleasure of dealing with Corey Fudge as your Finance person, he's a lot of fun. More
