We have bought 3 brand new vehicles from south point toyota and this is furthest location from where we live. our salesman has been really friendly We have bought 3 brand new vehicles from south point toyota and this is furthest location from where we live. our salesman has been really friendly with us so we keep returning. Dealing with the financial manager was stressful and confusing , we were under high pressure price tactics, he will play the number around and push you to finish the deal . with and at the end we were issued with wrong bill of sales . i have notice this UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES behavior ( i have read other review on line and other had same issues with them )so i did call the owner of the business and address my concerned and he called me 1hr after said he spoke with everyone involved and no problems at all . However; the sales and financial manager told me the owner had not talk with them at all regarding to our case when I drove down to pick up the right bills for car registration . how unfortunate it is to not keep the positive relationship between south point toyota and us due to the disrespectful experience . At end , you have to pay a lot more than what you expected and you being promised by them. More
