He was friendly and most helpful in finding just the right car. I previously owned a Corolla and so was very interested in looking at a Corolla. Mike showed us the new Corolla's and we went for a test drive. Mike was so very patient with me as I struggled to decide to buy a brand new Corolla. There are lots of tools on the Internet now that can help you go into the negotiations with powerful information in pricing, but still not my favorite thing. I had a positive experience with South Pointe Toyota though. Mike Popovic was easy to work with and patient with us as it took a while between when we took our first test drive and we bought. Mike is someone I would buy from again and recommend to friends or family. We also felt very comfortable with the finance person, Robert Chapman. After the documents were signed and they had our money, Robert and Mike provided great service getting us into our vehicle, thanks gentlemen. I have yet to take it in for service, but South Pointe has been good so far. More

The most resent being: Toyota Canada has recalled the block heaters, so our cord was cut, but no one at South Pointe mentioned this to us when they did it. It is freezing cold here now, and I can't plug in my car; I would have made alternative plans if someone had informed me this, but no one did. I had to find out when I spent this morning hunting for the cord in -40 conditions. Called to ask about this, and they said it isn't our fault. More
