I went in to get a Mazda 3 Sport and he hooked me up with a deal I wouldn't have imagined. What i loved was that he didn't try to up-sell anything i didn't need which i really appreciated because i have been to other dealerships where they think your stupid and try to sell you something you wouldn't need. The rest of the staff was very friendly and answered the million questions i asked with a smile. Best experience ever and i went home with my dream car!!! More

Very bad exprience I went to the dealership to look for a car and asked if there were any promotional offers currently going on. The sales rep said no and we continued t I went to the dealership to look for a car and asked if there were any promotional offers currently going on. The sales rep said no and we continued to shop. We picked out a car that I liked and decided to purchase it. Due to the colour choice and package choice, I was told there was going to be a 2 month wait in which case the management offered a free navigation package credit towards our purchase for our wait. We paid the $500 deposit and left. I got back home and went onto their website and found that there is a promotion going on and they were already offering a free navigation package. I felt really uncomfortable being lied to and called in to complain about their sales rep and asked for the deposit back. They replied with "we already ordered your car so enjoy your new car" in a very disrespectful tone. I feel honesty in business should be held at a very high standard and this violation of trust is disgusting. (Less) More

A very professional and positive experience! I was looking for a 2017 CX-5 in blue as a surprise gift for my wife. There were none on the dealer's lot, so I was asked if I could wait 2 weeks to I was looking for a 2017 CX-5 in blue as a surprise gift for my wife. There were none on the dealer's lot, so I was asked if I could wait 2 weeks to have one ordered. Sure. 2 weeks later it arrived, and we closed the deal, except for the final paperwork. That would have to wait a few days for a gap in my wife's hectic schedule. I wanted it all in her name. I managed to keep the surprise, and with the terrific help of the William, who had the car prepped, washed, gassed up, waxed, and under wraps, we had one very surprised lady, who later called it the best surprise ever in her life! Thanks to William for his thorough and careful help, to Sisi who helped me with the initial order, and to Kelly who helped my wife learn the features of her new CX-5. I heartily recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience! More

We weren't sure exactly what we wanted when we went in, but Robin was helpful in giving us options and setting up different test drives. When we finally figured out what model we wanted we did our research on what we thought a fair price would be and we went to Robin with that price. He was able to get very close to that price without much hassle and we really appreciated that. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I'd recommend Robin and Signature Mazda to anyone looking for a fair price on a great vehicle. More
