I went to Signature Mazda to buy the part and replace it myself instead of having to make an appointmen My center console latch broke on my 2016 CX-5. I went to Signature Mazda to buy the part and replace it myself instead of having to make an appointment but Sean told me it was under warranty and although they were super busy, he had it replaced and I was on my way in 15 min.
