The booking is a week hence, but meanwhile I am driving with brakes that may be unsafe. Admittedly my car is old, but there are still quite a few Tributes around. David was quite helpful in explaining things to me. However, there should be more service people and fewer managers since waits seem inevitable. What was good, is the pickup and drop off service. More
