Absolutely horrendous experience! !!!!! We originally went to look at a late model Rav 4, when we arrived they had it off to the side and immediately tried to upsell us on a newer vw w !!!!! Over two days back and forth driving multiple cars with issues like front end work needing to be done ect, we finally came to a vehicle that we were considering purchasing. Then we were introduced to one of their sales managers who was one hundred percent unwilling to haggle on the price, I have bought many new and used cars and have never paid asking price that’s something that you don’t ever do!!! They always have a mark up so they have room to negotiate. After talking to her and the sales staff who can’t tell me anything more than what’s on the spec sheet I will never give them my business!!!!. More

Appointments mean nothing and poor communication. Had a 9am appointment but they didn't touch my car until I called for an update after 2pm because I needed to get my kids after work. The service advisor refused to take my call or call me back until it was done. I would understand if this happened just once but it happened every time I've been to Sherwood Volkswagen and I've had 3 appointments since buying my car new in 2023. At one point they used some type of fluid that was STUCK on my car no matter how much I washed and scrubbed it and I had to go back to have them remove it which just increased my time wasted on this dealership. I will not be returning because of their poor customer service. More
