We’ve had three terrible experiences with the service department at Sherwood Park Volkswagen and we will never go back. First they left a hose clamped and large hose cutting tool under the hood of my dau department at Sherwood Park Volkswagen and we will never go back. First they left a hose clamped and large hose cutting tool under the hood of my daughter’s vehicle. Secondly they spilled DEF fluid throughout the back of our car when they refilled it, when I took it back to complain about the horrible DEF smell in the car, they accused me of transporting cats in the car - I’ve never owned a cat. Lastly when we had our oil changed last month they didn’t replace the oil cap! Oil splattered all over the top of the engine!! When I called to complain they responded, ‘what do you want US to do about it?!’ Lesson finally learned. More

Regardless will be going to other vw place in city next time. More
