SPV has the best service department I’ve ever experienced. I never have to wait to speak to anyone, they always have a loaner for me to drive. My car is washed when I pick it up. My experience raised serious concerns about their ethics and practices, particularly regarding their handling of used vehicles. Shortly after purchasing my car, my mechanic discovered a broken coil spring during a routine maintenance check—a significant safety issue that had been missed during the dealership's inspection. This issue is not easily visible until the car is lifted and checked underneath, yet it was marked as "perfect" in their inspection report. The dealership refused to fix the problem without charging far more than what other mechanics quoted for the same repair. When I brought the issue to the attention of senior sales manager Graham Parasram, (GM was unavailable), my concerns were dismissed, and I was brushed off without any meaningful resolution. I dealt with the following individuals: - Tahsin Elahi (former employee - Sales) - Esmail Abdulrehman (Sales) - Graham Parasram (Senior Sales Manager) - Alex Ursula Arenas (Finance) - Nicholas Lynch (Service Advisor) After reporting this to AMVIC, I was informed that they are backlogged with complaints and unable to act promptly. They suggested I pursue the issue in court, but this is challenging as the dealership provided paperwork falsely indicating the vehicle was in "perfect condition." It's very disappointing that dealerships are not held accountable for proper inspections or ensuring the safety of used vehicles before they are sold. I cannot recommend this dealership and advise potential buyers to be extremely cautious. More

The salesmen and accountants will say anything to get you in the car and sell you the warranty and then once you’re locked in the service side does their best to go through the loop holes.
