My initial contact was great with both the salesman(Peter) and manager(Faty). After thinking for a day I called to complete my vehicle purchase. After driving back to the dealership I was told all the papers were ready and the manager and I went out to the vehicle to go over a couple of things. One fix and detailing. He asked me again to have a seat and came back stating that they will not accept cash and that I had to take a 6 month open finance. Wow, never thought I’d see a car salesman refuse easy money. Forced financing is just wrong in my books and if that is how your dealership works you should just say it up front and not waste my time. Needless to say I have an appt with another nearby Sherwood Park dealership who is more than willing to take my cash. More

Within two days of being in for a routine km check, some recall work, and system updates I had mice in my brand new suv. When I reached out for advice about the situation and to see if there’s a chance things were not reassembled properly I got told there is absolutely no way it happened there. She was absolutely unwilling to listen to anything I had to say and admitted she has no idea how mice could get into a new vehicle! This shop was the only place out of the norm that my vehicle had been since purchased in March, this being early September. I cannot say for sure if it happened at this shop or due to error on their part. But it does seem suspicious that in all the month prior I had no issues and within two days of being there and having staff in my vehicle I suddenly have mice in my vehicle that have caused damage to two $800 car seats and within the vehicle. Needless to say I am incredibly disappointed in her unwillingness to listen to my concern or at the very least offer to detail my vehicle to remove the droppings, she basically said your on your own and stopped replying to my emails. I will Never go to This dealership again! I acknowledge it’s hard to if not impossible to tell exactly where things went wrong but she said there’s “no way it happened there” which is unlikely in my opinion. Very unprofessional!! More
