The next day the Sales Manager Steve Molinelli reached out to me by email apologizing for the poor service I had received and asked to make it right and agreed on a price and said I could come pick it up Monday. I call today to send him proof that I had the bank draft and he tells me it's sold and off the lot. What a joke. Brutal service. Salespeople have a reputations for being low life xxxx and Volkswagens dishonesty has caught up to them as well but these guys take it to a new low. Never deal with these guys. More

This has been by far the best car buying experience I was so scared and skeptical going into the dealership. I have NEVER been greeted so genuinly and treated like a human at a dealership before. I have always felt so much pressure and felt stressed to buy. This experience has left me wanting to visit this dealership on a regular basis. I can write a novel but I wont bore everyone. But, I will tell you that I bought a vehicle today and am so happy I did so. We worked closely with Raoul Bhardwaj throughout the purchasing process of our Tiguan and we couldn't have been happier. Raoul was very friendly, knowledgable and truly listened to what we wanted.
