When it came to our trade in they made it sound like the total owing amount was being paid out but was actually not completely covered and added to the purchase total. Salesman told us if we have any issue being a new dealership after we bought the vehicle they would do anything to help us and we had a issue with a panel in the car ' showing the sales man before we purchased and he pushed back in place and said its fine now' We are now getting told they won't do much to help us and still waiting for our free satellite radio that we were told was part of the deal. More

Sold vehicle out from Under me. Sold vehicle out from under me, didn’t ask for a deposit, went in 2 days in a row, asked for 1 thing to me fixed and for a trade in estimate. First day the sales guy threw away my walk in customer sheet. Filled out a new one the second day, and then before even answering my question about getting something fixed before Final sale, or even given me estimated trade in value they sold it. Will never ever recommend this revolving door Volkswagen, in the couple years it has been open likterally everyone has been fired or quit. They’re falling very short of any dealer I’ve ever dealt with (have owned 6 new vehicles in 7 years) More

There was a follow up contact but they did not spam or annoy us as we made our decisions. Finance department was very good. She offered the standard extended warranties, protection packages, etc but it did not feel like a second layer of sales which was a pleasant surprise from dealings with other dealerships. I would recommend this dealership for the buying experience. More

Swindlers Was looking at a vehicle there, asked me to do a pre credit check which went ok, this of course was all before I even saw the vehicle. Got pre approved so they asked for a deposite to hold the vehicle which I did. In the mean time I was at work and went a different rout. Long story short and a lot of phone calls later it’s been three weeks and no deposit returned. Every time I call I just get the run around from person to person, voice mail to voice mail With no calls back. Don’t do it they are shady!!!!! More
