Tried to sell us a rental car without disclosure This dealership tried to sell us a rental car without disclosure. We were in fact working out the agreement to purchase when I noticed the CarFax repo This dealership tried to sell us a rental car without disclosure. We were in fact working out the agreement to purchase when I noticed the CarFax report on the sales person's computer screen. It clearly indicated this was a rental car since new. I questioned the sales person about failure to disclose this information. The answer was "Oh is that important". Would you not think it was important to be told your new car was driven by hundreds if not thousands of different people, and probably abused by several of them? Years ago, it required a letter of disclosure to sell a police car, taxi, or rental vehicle. This dealer has lost my trust for life, we will never set foot on that property again. Bought a new Nissan at Northside Nissan. I thought GoAuto were the only thieves in town. More

Absolute Criminals. Popped smoke ones things went wrong. Disgusting Service. Purchased a Certified Used, with extra Winter tires thrown in... Got 3hrs down the road on the way home to get gas. Took the oppor Disgusting Service. Purchased a Certified Used, with extra Winter tires thrown in... Got 3hrs down the road on the way home to get gas. Took the opportunity to unwrap the tires to see, 2 of them were completely bald. GM tried to tell me that because it wasn't written in the sales agreement, he wasnt going to replace them, I guess he had never heard of a verbal agreement. After 3 weeks of reminding them of their legal and ethical obligation to replace them, the GM "agreed" to replace the bald ones. THEN my rear light went out. Hadn't even put 3000km on the car, and water ingress in the rear light rusted the electrical and needed replaced. Contacted them and never got a response. Multiple emails to both salesman and GM, no response. Disgusting. VW Canada Complaint was filed. Told me that they "Are under no obligation to respond". Thanks for the lesson VW. More
