Best part of my new vehicle was working through the purchase with Juliette in Finance. Very knowledgeable and put in a tonne of effort. Unfortunately, getting to that point in the purchase and vehicle purchase with Juliette in Finance. Very knowledgeable and put in a tonne of effort. Competence and customer focus are not their strength Sub par! Should get negative stars. Lots of "hassle" for "no hassle pricing". Would not trust these guys with ever returning for vehicle service. Competence and customer focus were non-existent in my experience. Sales Specialist was excellent and pleasant to deal with. Asked a few questions and went straight fort the car he knew I would like. He also offered good options and recommendations which was great. However, everything after that went south. Finance Manager and Sales Manager proved that the used car sales stereotype of a dishonest business has not changed in over 20 years. I was given an inconsistent story and a shoulder shrug when questioned additional charges on the bill. Walked away feeling ripped off. Person that took me to the car nearly damaged the car installing a new licence plate. I had to point out, luckily in time, that he is cross-threading bolts that are way too long to start with - seriously? Car was also damaged during the final detail and no one could be bothered to address it. There is a large scratch down to the metal on the fender and on the bumper. I have pictures showing the car after test drive (no damage) and after pickup (damaged) clearly framing the time when the damage was done. Unfortunately, I received no acknowledgment of this from the Sales Manager. No thanks to Sherwood Park Volkswagen for an unpleasant car buying experience. Will not return even though it is very conveniently located. More

Missing car parts after gettin service done from them I get a merc C class from VW Sherwod Park..i drop my vehicle for paint protection..they promised me to deliver my vehicle to done in 900$ and they pro I get a merc C class from VW Sherwod Park..i drop my vehicle for paint protection..they promised me to deliver my vehicle to done in 900$ and they promised to delivered to me in 24 hours after dropping..when i drop my car they called me that it will be another 400$ for your car cuz you have full hood to do..but before they told me it will be done in 900$..i get agreed to pay them cuz I don’t want to park my car on other dealerships and waste my time..and still they delivered my car after 4 days..and when i get my car back..i checked my car after two days they have taken out wiper cowl cover....I called them that they haven’t installed it back and now they are not accepting it they even have take that out..worst service and customer relations..they don’t even bother to listen you back after they sold their vehicle..never recommend to buy any car from them..not even to get their car service done from them.u never know when they gonna take out any part from your car More

Be careful of the hidden fees. They have a hidden fee of $599 at time of purchase which they claim is mandatory and non-negotiable for a security insurance transfer.
