Received incorrect info about my new vehicle features prior to purchasing and did not find out until after I picked up the new vehicle. Had I known the feature did not exist (which I was told it did) I mist likely would have purchased a different make of vehicle as this feature was very important to me. The “tutorial” when I came to pick up my vehicle was very brief and I left with the setup incomplete. Sales rep did not seem interested in giving a tutorial- only answered questions briefly but was polite. Did not enjoy the final sales push on all the extras - warranty, protection etc. This could add up to $10k which is a hard thing to swallow after just purchasing a brand new vehicle - do not want to spend $1 on a new vehicle that hasn’t even been driven off the lot. The floor mats on the vehicle are very basic and small and for a high end SUV I would have expected more coverage for the “family in the go” as in the VW ads - am now forced to pay $300+ for better floor mats. More

Awful customer service and an overall slimy dealership! After encountering a very stressful and terrible experience with this dealership, I feel obligated to warn others about this place and its staff and g After encountering a very stressful and terrible experience with this dealership, I feel obligated to warn others about this place and its staff and give my honest opinion. I drove up to Edmonton from Calgary in search of a new car. I ended up landing a deal for a Certified Pre-Owned car at this dealership and ended up getting the vehicle for a good price. However, the headache begins with dealing with the finance manager Mike Brar and the general manager Moe Fayad. Mr. Brar will do everything in his power to take advantage of you when going over options, warranty and financing. He did a terrible job of explaining anything and ended up tricking me into extended warranty that cost MUCH more than any other dealership (about $900 to $1500 more depending on the vehicle you purchase). I went in 18 hours later to have it cancelled and was told it can never be refunded. Apparently there are 2 kinds of extended warranty: one that cannot be cancelled called “CPO Assurance Premium” and another one called VW extended warranty which can be cancelled within 60 days. I was never described the difference between the two, what they cover, or whether they can be cancelled or not. Sure, I was naïve and should have asked more questions and read more carefully, but the way they treated me as a new customer after purchasing a vehicle from them was atrocious. I have never felt more like a piece of garbage that doesn’t matter than I did when dealing with Mr. Brar and Mr. Fayad. They truly did not care and only wanted to make a dime off of me. Mr. Brar also snuck in an extra finance payment without telling me, and he also didn’t take a second to apply VW’s special financing rate. His excuse: they run a business. So not only did he screw me on the extended warranty, he didn’t even care to do his job properly and apply the correct financing to the vehicle. Long story short: don’t deal with these scam artists. Take your business elsewhere, to a place that cares about their customers and helps them when they are upset or confused. This dealership is slimy and only out there to make a dime off you and take advantage of you. I just want to warn everyone out there that if you choose to make a deal at this dealership, you better be on your game because they will scam you. More
