The service rep who I was dealing with wasn't in when I came to pick up the car, so I had no choice but to pay for the additional time. I'm still waiting on a call back from the service manager, but for some reason I doubt I'll be getting one... AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS (try Southgate VW, they are better and charge a lower hourly rate for service). More
