Hello, just would like to warn people about the service department and quality of the work I received. I was in for an oil change and was informed I needed to have the toe in on my car adjusted. So I mad department and quality of the work I received. I was in for an oil change and was informed I needed to have the toe in on my car adjusted. So I made an appoint to have it done and that is where the fun starts. I told the person checking me in if I needed parts, let me know because this is a primary vehicle, and we could order and I could come back for the work to be done. It all started off ok, toe adjusted and no parts required(which was nice). But once I picked up my car things started to fall apart. As soon as I left the parking lot it had a pull to the left(it drove worse after they did work, than it did before I brought it in). So I brought it back. After much discussion, a manager of some sort came over said my car was in bad shape and they never should have touched it(It is interesting that I actually purchased the car from them less than a year ago). He said he will refund my money and to have a nice day. So I spent a day of my time waiting for a car that did not get fixed, and no plan from the dealer on how to get it fixed, even though the person who refunded my money said she would get the service tech to make a list of the parts now required to do the repairs. Not disappointed my car needed parts, but they did not do a proper repair to begin with and just sent the car out the door, and then did not follow through on list of parts needed for repairs as I was promised. So now I must find another place for repairs, and spend another day waiting for repairs to be completed. Maybe this is just a case of buyer beware. More

Asked to test drive a particular vehicle, salesman brought up the wrong vehicle twice. We again waited and the salesman never came back to help. Tried to purchase this vehicle through online staff, sa brought up the wrong vehicle twice. We again waited and the salesman never came back to help. Tried to purchase this vehicle through online staff, sales associate, Staff member was argumentative and unhelpful. Prices are also $4000-$7000 higher than other dealers in the area. For the exact same vehicle specs, and pricing. Not a good experience at all. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
I enquired about a pre-owned 2017 Rav4 advertised on their website and it took a couple of days to get photos. After receiving the photos I asked for a copy of the inspection report before going in per their website and it took a couple of days to get photos. After receiving the photos I asked for a copy of the inspection report before going in person to see the vehicle. Despite this request I continually received messages asking to book a test drive. Finally I received a message saying the inspection was done and I went the following day for a drive. The sales person, Abhishek was excellent and had the car ready for my arrival. The vehicle was not clean at all (contrary to their COVID19 policy on their own website) and I was assured it would be detailed. After the test drive I asked for a copy of the inspection, and was told it wasn't done but was due to go in. After driving 40 minutes to get there I wasn't happy about this but, nonetheless, Abhishek and Danny Park (manager) got it to me in a couple of days but it was the AMVIC Mechanical Fitness Assessment, not the 110 point inspection their website says. Sherwood Park VW advertises "no hassle" pricing and Danny said they strictly follow this policy and do not negotiate. After looking at other comparable vehicles I asked if anything better could be done and was immediately offered $599 off for the price of "theft protection" (stickers applied to the body parts). I was told this is a very valuable feature especially during the first 3 years of ownership (which doesn't make sense, because the vehicle is already 3 years old). According to the AMVIC site additional fees like "etching" are not mandatory anyways. So much for "no hassle, we don't negotiate" pricing. I asked for a further $500 off and was told no, then received a call from Danny offering to meet in the middle at $800 off. Being busy at work at the time I said I had to call back. After work I asked for the additional $500 off and he said no, the best he could do is take off the $599. I asked about the previous $800 off and he said he could no longer offer that. Why offer a discount then take it back 3 hours later? Did the car just increase in value? Whoever deals with them, particularly Danny Park, make sure your negotiations are documented. Looks like this dealership has a lot of positive reviews, but my experience was not positive. Hopefully the next customer's will be. More
