Do NOT buy a vehicle there. Terrible service. I wanted to buy a pre-owned vehicle that they had listed online but was told I HAD to finance at 12% and paying cash/bank draft w Terrible service. When I confirmed that the sales person (Antonio) would rather walk away from a sale than take my money, he confirmed that yes, indeed that was the case. This is absolute worst business practise and something I would only expect from some shady used car dealer, not VW Canada. More

This dealer did not deliver on their promises. We took delivery of the car in a dark basement so we couldn't see that it hadn't been cleaned like they had promised. They sold me a lemon and lied about warranty coverage. Very rude. Do not buy a car from them!! I put tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket fixing the piece of xxxx they sold me. Managers and general managers don't call or email back. I made multiple trips to Edmonton to the dealership to try and catch managers and GM as they never returned calls or emails.
