I spent over $50,000 on a sports car. Inspected it, did all the paperwork. A week later I went to pick up my car. They had parked it in the dimly lit basement garage when I came to pick i Inspected it, did all the paperwork. A week later I went to pick up my car. I hadn’t left their dealership yet. They admitted to damaging it, (irresponsible) but refused to fix it. (Crooks)Their excuse was that it’s perfectly safe to drive with a huge cracked windshield (Mislead). I told them that they damaged it and they should repair it. They admitted to driving the car for a week before I came to pick it up a week later. (Dishonest) Crack wasn’t there when I inspected it and bought it but they refused to replace the windshield. (Don’t care after sale attitude) After weeks of arguing, and calling them cheats, frauds etc they “did me a favor by compensating HALF the cost”. They are crooks, tricksters, irresponsible; ready to cheat unsuspecting customers. Not a good place to buy a car. Terrible dealership. You can smell their deceitful tactics when you go in. More

I was pressured to buy extended warranty along with seat and undercarriage protection. I was up front that I did not want these features but was pushed anyway. Like a fool I signed the sale agreement not realizing the term on the financing had been increased by 1 year. Tried to rectify the issue with the salesperson but was told that I was stuck with the deal. I feel cheated by the experience and will not be doing business here in the future. More
