I booked a 9:00 a. m. appointment and took the entire day off work to bring in my Volkswagen Atlas. When I arrived, I asked about a loaner vehicle — something their webs m. appointment and took the entire day off work to bring in my Volkswagen Atlas. When I arrived, I asked about a loaner vehicle — something their website advertises as one of their perks — and was told none were available. They mentioned loaners are “usually” only given if the vehicle will be there for a day or two, which was already concerning. They did call me an Uber, and I went home. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called for an update. I was told they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet. When I asked why nothing had been done despite my 9:00 am appointment, the response was simply that my car was “in the queue.” I asked whether they would get to it before closing at 5:00, and was told their “goal” is to get to everything — but realistically they might need it overnight. I then asked again about a loaner if they were keeping it another day, and was told none were available. Already losing a full day of work, they expected me to leave my vehicle for up to two days with no transportation.To make matters worse, when I asked for another Uber back to the dealership, they said they couldn’t send one because “Ubers don’t service” my area — even though the Uber they originally called had dropped me off at my area — even though the Uber they originally called had dropped me off at my home earlier that morning. I ended up arranging my own ride back to pick up a vehicle they never even inspected. Overall, this was a completely wasted day: two trips to the dealership, an Uber home, arranging another ride back, zero communication, and no work done on my vehicle. The lack of organization, transparency, and basic customer support was extremely disappointing. My previous experience with service centres (Ford) have always been same day pickup, I have never left my car for more than four days. I should also mention, the error I was getting on my 2026 Atlas was a cornering light error. I would assume it was just a quick calibration issue. I called to speak to the service manager the next day and haven't heard back. More

Booked an oil and filter change for 08:15. Drop off at 07:45am and explain need vehicle back for 3:00pm and told it may be later than that. Kind of an odd thing for a booked appointment and an oil change, really. Called back after 3 and told it wasn’t done but was on the hoist finishing up- done in 30 minutes. Arrive there 45 minutes later and it’s on the hoist and hadn’t even been started! Car gets pulled down and service manager and advisor kept saying it’s because they’re “busy.” Great! No phone call from them despite claims that they called me to inform. They didn’t have any answers except the shop is busy and they had the vehicle for 8.5h to complete it. Absolute waste of time. This is their second strike from me and I’m not striking out. Off the Southgate for any work from now on. Would not recommend one bit. More

I had an excellent experience buying my Atlas at this dealership. But the service department is a crap shoot. I brought my Atlas in for the first oil change. So I bring it in a couple of days later and was told it will take 4-5 hours. So I leave it first thing with them in the morning so I can pick it up after lunch. I get here after lunch and not done. I ask if there was a problem and all I got was fish kisses blown at me. Seven hours later I am still waiting. Don’t come here for service!! More
