When I purchased my Tiguan I ask for the service records on the car. Antonio said he would have them for and just give him a few days. Well, still waiting. Since I have talked with him at the dealership, on on the car. Antonio said he would have them for and just give him a few days. Well, still waiting. Since I have talked with him at the dealership, on the phone, by text, left messages and he always has an excuse. The last saying he talked with the service department and they will send them. Now Antonio is saying l should come in and talk to the service department myself and see if they could send me the records. Really?!!! I’m sure there were other records that came with the car when it was traded in just the day before I purchased. I was promised those as well. It’s been very frustrating. Hopefully someone will respond to this message. More
