There was a few issues we experienced, first was promise of delivery To Calgary but then that came with a $500 fee, asked for Sunday pickup, salesman said no problem but then was notified by finance it was of delivery To Calgary but then that came with a $500 fee, asked for Sunday pickup, salesman said no problem but then was notified by finance it was not possible as car couldn’t be ready in time. Called 4 separate times to confirm price and payment, was assured of a payment but when we showed up they tacked on a financing fee which increased the payment. All and all poor experience with dealership with nothing done to compensate, just a “we’re sorry”. Salesman was poorly informed on costs/process of delivery and truly feel promises where made to make the sale with no follow through. More

They did a great job servicing my Atlas it was done in time and was covered as per my plan and they washed it as well that was nice. The only disappointment was that with the 2024 Atlas they Engineers hav time and was covered as per my plan and they washed it as well that was nice. The only disappointment was that with the 2024 Atlas they Engineers have placed the cruise sensor in a bad location which causes it to not read properly and they have not provided the technicians a fix yet so they could not repair this for me. I don’t blame the dealership for this as it is an engineering fault but it should have been corrected before they sold me the Atlas. More
