Like most dealerships, these guys only care about the money that you bring and the deal that you sign with them TODAY. Disrespectful to customers and cocky sales managers. Too bad these guys aren’t ever getting our business or the money that these guys think we didn’t have. We attended the dealership to test drive vehicles and potentially move forward with a purchase if the numbers made sense. After test driving a couple of vehicles, we sat down with our salesperson to discuss pricing and financing options. During that conversation, Sales Manager Moe El-Smaili joined the discussion and began pressing us to provide a number we would be comfortable with. We explained that we were prepared to put $10,000 down, and that our available down payment could potentially increase once our insurance payout was received on Wednesday. Instead of handling that conversation professionally, Moe responded in a condescending and dismissive manner, telling us to come back when we had the money and that he was not going to negotiate with us at that time. His tone immediately changed the direction of the conversation and made us feel disrespected and not taken seriously as customers. When we approached Fady, we did so to address what had just occurred and to explain that we had proof of funds. Instead of hearing us out, Fady told us to “get out.” Customers should be able to ask questions, clarify their financial position, and participate in a negotiation without being made to feel belittled or presumed unable to proceed. It was easily the most painful vehicle purchase I have ever made. To start, we agreed on a price and shook on it and then more items were added after the handshake, but I signed the agreement without noti ever made. I turned down the undercoating and extended warranty to 2 separate finance specialists but after 6 hours of waiting with no food, no keys to go home, no I’d because they took it and no credit card because they kept it I signed the agreement so they won there too but at least I got my new car. Nope. They had to clean in up and put on all the extras I didn’t want but guess what? 4 days later we got our car. Happy? Nope. They installed wrong items on my car and I didn’t notice until it was too late. So they won. Please, if you are reading this make sure to bring in a lawyer and be ready for a battle because these guys are good at all the used car dealer tactics. More

When I asked for a breakdown of the price and how he arrived at the final price, he simply told me that that was the price of the vehicle and I could take it or leave it. So I left it. He was not interested in letting me know what I was paying for. Nice vehicle, horrid sales department. More
